Our diverse and talented Investment Solutions and Services (ISS) Delivery team is driving significant change to grow a scalable and cost-efficient business. Our vision is to revolutionise the Asset Management Delivery function by implementing a cost-effective, scalable and innovative operational and technology model that supports Fidelity's and ISS's KPI's. We are a truly global function, operating in more than 10 different offices.

About your role
Fidelity ISS business is continually evolving in response to market demands, client expectations, and the increasing sophistication of investment strategies. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Fidelity's future investment capability line-up and Go To Market strategy. Operating at the intersection of product innovation, technology enablement, and client experience, you will drive solutions that support growth and retention targets in a dynamic marketplace undergoing generational wealth transfer, retirement and insurance evolution, private markets momentum, active ETF expansion, and rapid digital asset development.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Strategic Delivery: Lead business analysis and end-to-end delivery for initiatives that define, design and execute new investment capabilities, including digital assets, tokenisation, private markets, and active ETFs.
• Go to Market Enablement: Partner with Product, Sales, Distribution, Technology, Operations, Investment Management, Legal/Compliance and external parties to ensure compliant, operationally scalable product launches and platform enhancements.
• Product & Fund Launch: Support fund launches across segments and geographies (Retail, Institutional and Advisory mandate), client onboarding, fund structures as well as an understanding of product delivery and development (with a focus on middle and back-office capabilities)
• ETF Front-to-Back Delivery: Define requirements, shape solutions, and support delivery across front-to-back ETF workflows to enable distribution of Fidelity's global ETF range to APAC investors, including cross-listing into local markets and seeding and launching local ETFs, ensuring a compliant and operationally scalable local ETF platform.
• Operating Model Transformation: Translate strategic intent into target operating models and actionable requirements, collaborating with Architecture & Engineering teams across geographies.
• Business Analysis Excellence: Conducting in-depth high quality business analysis, including detailed requirements, end-to-end process mapping, and documentation to support the delivery of effective and scalable solutions.
• Data & Technology Enablement: Leverage data, analytics, and technology enablement to drive product innovation and enhance client experience.
• External Partnership: Collaborating with external parties (vendors, custodians, regulators) where required for product onboarding and platform integration.
• Domain Expertise & Leadership: Acting as a domain subject matter expert in Products/delivery vehicles e.g. ETFs, Mutual Funds and client proposition space and working with business leaders to shape and prioritise initiatives.
• Market & Regulatory Awareness: Maintaining a strong understanding of market trends, regulatory developments, and client needs in an evolving APAC market.
• Delivery Centre of Excellence: Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in analytics, use of consistent frameworks and contribute to enterprise knowledge base for long term success.

About you

You are an experienced business analyst with a strong background in delivering technology change in asset management space. You are comfortable engaging with investment professionals, translating complex requirements, and driving delivery in partnership with cross discipline-technology and business teams. You demonstrate a growth mindset, curiosity, and adaptability, proactively anticipating market shifts and embracing new asset classes and digital innovation. You are considered with a data-driven approach to solving challenges, a good team player, and a champion of continuous improvement, passionate about mentoring others and sharing best practices to drive results. You bring:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within asset management, ideally with hands-on involvement in product delivery, client propositions, and platform implementation initiatives.
• Solid understanding of ETF operating workflows across the full product lifecycle, with experience engaging ETF platform vendors, index providers, and exposure to multiple ETF product types preferred.
• Knowledge of securities lending, collateral management, and prime broker interactions is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with fund distribution channels and multi-jurisdictional product launches, including regulatory and operational considerations, is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a good track record of effective stakeholder engagement across business and technology functions and the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments, collaborating effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrates a data-driven approach to analysis and decision-making, leveraging data and analytics to inform recommendations, optimise processes, and drive business outcomes.
• Relevant degree-level education, with relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) preferred.
