Senior Business Analyst, Claims Transformation

Our client, a leading global insurer, is currently undergoing key transformation initiatives across their operations function. As part of this, they are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support ongoing claims transformation and BAU activities. This is a high-impact role within a fast-moving environment, offering immediate exposure to core claims operations and process improvement initiatives. The position is offered on a contract role, with strong potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role.

In this role as a Senior Business Analyst , you will be responsible for the following:-

1. Conduct business analysis to support claims transformation and BAU activities
2. Engage stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into clear documentation
3. Support streamlining and optimization of end-to-end claims processes
4. Collaborate with project teams and business users to ensure successful delivery of initiatives
5. Prepare documentation including business requirements, process flows, and test cases
6. Participate in UAT and support implementation of system/process enhancements

To be considered for this role as a Senior Business Analyst , you possess the following:-

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline
2. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven delivery in insurance projects
3. Strong hands-on experience in Life Insurance Claims (essential)
4. Proven experience supporting both BAU and project-based initiatives
5. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
7. Exposure to claims transformation or process improvement initiatives
8. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA / Confluence
9. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin is advantageous
10. Immediately available candidates are highly preferred
