Job Description - Senior Business Analyst - Conglomerate/Financial/Large-scale

Senior Business Analyst - Conglomerate/Financial/Large-scale Project Our client, a leading conglomerate is looking for Business Analyst to join their team to work on one of their largest digital transformation projects under the financial domain. It will be a long-term project involving a large number of stakeholders. They are looking at ways in which they can improve their processes across these areas.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4-10 years' experience in BA/PM, with at least 4 years in BA
  • A proactive, passionate personality
  • end-to-end project experience as an IT business analyst
  • Experience in drafting documentations like functional spec, user stories, test case and etc., able to draw end-to-end workflow diagrams
  • Experience working with vendors and stakeholders
  • Fluency in Canto and Mandarin and English
Responsibilities:
  • Perform business analysis and requirement gathering to support business initiatives and project or related issues
  • Collect, analyze and document business needs and requirements in Business Requirement Specifications and drafting work flow diagram
  • Review IT documents to ensure alignment of understanding of requirements between business end users and IT
  • Compile test case and conduct UAT
  • Communicate with different stakeholders, BUs, vendors, developer
