Senior Business Analyst | Mobile Banking Project | Perm

• Take the lead in the project delivery process to ensure requirements will be delivered in a timely and efficient manner
  
• Work with client units and technical team to identify their business problems and develop the right approach and analytical solution
  
• Host and facilitate business workshops and interviews to identify and capture business requirements
  
• Prepare documentation on business processes and use cases
  
• Plan and manage business diagnosis and activities
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in IT or related disciplines
  
• At least 5 -8 years of related working experience in the technology industry, preferable in banking.
  
• Prior experience in working with mobile banking projects is a must
  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to maintain good working relationships with client units
  
• Strong sense of customer experience consideration when analyzing and crafting business flows
  
• Have the ability in project management
