Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Work independently in business development and client relationship management with Institutional Sales Clients, Corporate Clients, Pension Fund, Sovereign Fund, Fund of Funds, etc.;
2. Maintain good relationships with existing distributors and expand the distribution network;
3. Conduct market research and other support to assist the team in distribution channel development;
4. Prepare regular fund report and newsletter to distributors, including retail banks, IFAs, insurance agencies, etc.;
5. Be responsible for organizing marketing related campaigns with clients;
6. Handle KYC onboarding, due diligence or other compliance-related work, RFP and structuring of fund-related activities;
7. Other ad hoc duties meet sales targets as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field;
2. With 5 years' or above relevant experience gained in fund house;
3. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager;
4. Type 4 and 9 license holder is preferred;
5. Familiar with SFC and other relevant regulations related to AML/CTF;
6. Presentable, result-driven with strong initiative and drive to succeed;
7. Positive and proactive attitude, team player, ability to work in a complex rapidly evolving workplace and team required;
8. Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint);
9. Good command in written and oral English and Chinese including Putonghua.
