A typical day in this role:

• Engage and drive team members to achieve business targets by establishing priorities, milestones and actions
• Bring in and develop creative solutions for digital and print advertising, including content marketing & commercial videos
• Pitch and present proposals to existing and new clients
• Identify potential new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships to maintain customer satisfaction and retention
• Work with creative services and marketing teams in executing advertising campaigns

About you:

• Bachelor's degree or above with 8 - 10 years’ advertising and media sales experience.
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Team player and detail oriented
• Good understanding of media, digital marketing, social media
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
