Job Description - Senior Case Manager/Team Lead, High-Net-Worth Insurance & Wealth Solutions

About the Role
Our client is a leading international life insurance brokerage specialising in insurance and wealth planning solutions for High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients. They are looking to expand their team of case managers to oversee the end-to-end implementation of complex insurance cases, working closely with advisers, private banks, insurers, and clients to ensure a seamless application and policy issuance process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end administration of HNW insurance cases, from application through policy issuance.
Coordinate with advisers, private bankers, insurers, underwriters, and clients to ensure timely case progression.
Monitor case status, proactively follow up on outstanding requirements, and resolve issues to minimise delays.
Review application documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
Liaise with insurers on underwriting requirements, medical evidence, policy amendments, and policy issuance.
Maintain accurate case records and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
Deliver a high standard of client service while ensuring service level agreements are met.
Support continuous improvements to case management processes and operational efficiency.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.
3 years of experience in case management, policy administration, client servicing, or operations within life insurance or an insurance brokerage.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across clients, insurers, and business partners.
