Your new role
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
What you'll need to succeed
- Preferably 1-2 years' experience in customer service especially in E-Commerce/ Luxury Retail/ Luxury Lifestyle/ FMCG
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Client Service Officer/ Team Leader
- Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Handle complex client situations and resolve them to the satisfaction of client and company
- Independent and can work under pressure
- Enjoy discovery and taking on a diverse set of tasks and challenges
