Senior Compliance Associate - US Listed Financial Institute

The Company

Our client is a Global US Listed Financial Institute with a strong international footprint and a long‑established presence in the market. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a Senior Compliance Associate to join their experienced and well‑respected compliance team.

The Role

• Contribute to engagements with leading banks and financial institutions
• Deliver high quality client engagements, taking ownership of workstreams and deliverables while meeting agreed timelines and budget expectations
• Support the delivery of regulatory and risk consulting projects, including AML/KYC, regulatory compliance reviews, internal controls assessments, policy and procedure development, governance frameworks, and broader risk and compliance advisory engagements
• Participate in business development initiatives, including thought leadership, proposal development, and client presentations
• Share consulting best practices and contribute to the continuous development of the team

Your Profile

• University graduate or above in accounting, business, finance or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in risk and regulatory compliance within a reputable consulting firm. Those with less experience could be considered for consultant level.
• Familiar with HKMA and SFC regulations
• Holder of professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, FRM, CAMS, CISA , CIA and/or other related qualification is an advantage.
• Good project management and stakeholder management skills
• Strong interpersonal, logical and analytical skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese is a must. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
