Job Description - Senior Compliance Officer

Review daily AML alerts on name screening and transaction monitoring.
Identify potential true match and suspicions from daily AML alerts and provide support for conducting follow up actions including Suspicious Transaction Report filing.
Provide assistance on daily Compliance advisory, checking and testing
Provide ad hoc support on projects and daily administrative work

Preferred skills

Proficient in Chinese and English
Familiar with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
2 to 3 years of working experience in AML
Organized, detail-oriented, and with good documentation and communication skills

Qualifications

University graduate
At least 2-3 years' working experience with at least 1 year working experience in compliance related areas preferably gained in sizable banking or insurance companies
Other work experience in insurance companies would be an advantage

Responsibilities

Review the daily AML alerts of name screening and transaction monitoring, and ensure the review of the alerts are completed timely.
Identify potential true match and suspicions from daily AML alerts and provide support for follow up actions including Suspicious Transaction Report filing.
Advise and assist business to identify, implement and monitor the business compliance risks.
Work closely with BUCO/delegate to reinforce the current compliance controls to enhance the efficiency of compliance activities.
Assist to deliver necessary compliance training and awareness program.
