Prepare for drafting and preparation of reports, speech, meeting minutes, research reports etc. Establish and improve the Company's documentation & filing system, optimize the existing workflow to ensure completeness and compliance Provide administrative support to facilitate both internal and external operations of the Department Setup meetings, schedule itinerary, prepare news promotion materials, organize company events, support on Corporate visitors /guests engagement Facilitate the internal Policy management and execution
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Communication Engineering or other fields Minimum 5 years working experience in Telco industry, with Corporate Affairs / General Management experience preferred Proficient in office software and filing management Good time management and capable to handle multi-task Self-motivated, detail-minded and team-oriented Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
