Job Description - (Senior) Corporate Finance Manager, Global Corporate Banking

Job Responsibilities:

Manage corporate finance engagements including loan syndication, acquisition finance, projects finance and other structured products across a number of our Asian branches. Provide products improvement and development proposals, and actively explore new financial products and market.
Perform credit analysis (including cash flow projection) and market analysis regarding syndication/underwriting risks, structure and negotiate financing terms.
Prepare information memorandum/package and negotiate loan documentation.
Support team development, and new business development/origination.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or above.
4 years or above working experiences in Corporate Finance in Banks or well-established financial institutions, preferably with exposures in ASEAN countries.
Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Asian language skills would be preferred however are not essential.
Willing to travel to ASEAN Countries.
Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
