Job Description - Senior Data Scientist

Job Responsibilities

Build, enhance, and deploy machine learning models that address real‑world business problems using structured and unstructured datasets.
Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify high‑value ML opportunities, define project scope, and align initiatives with strategic objectives.
Transform analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business impact.
Monitor and continuously improve AI/ML solutions to ensure strong performance and lasting value.
Stay ahead of industry trends in Machine Learning and Generative AI, experimenting with emerging tools and techniques to fuel innovation.

Job Requirements

Solid hands‑on experience with a wide range of ML algorithms, statistical methods, data processing, Python, SQL, and modern ML libraries.
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as Azure, GCP, or Databricks.
Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) is highly advantageous.
Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem‑solving abilities.
Able to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise way to non‑technical audiences.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
Enthusiasm for continuous learning in the rapidly evolving ML/AI landscape.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Data Scientist position.
