Job Description - (Senior) Database Administrator (DBA) (Technology Transformation)

Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor the Database environment. Provide 24x7 supports for Database System.
Design and implement scalable database architectures on cloud/open platforms.
Manage and optimize Clickhouse, Elasticsearch, GaussDB, OceanBase, TDSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis databases.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate database solutions into applications.
Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
Document database designs, processes, and procedures.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ year proven experience with Clickhouse, Elasticsearch, GaussDB, OceanBase, TDSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis is preferred.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms.
Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical information effectively.
Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
Experience working with financial industry and understand the technical architecture of banking systems is preferred.
