Senior Designer, Sweater

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to present good taste level and fashion sense within the context of the Brands


• Ability to identify and incorporate trends into clothing lines


• Ability to draw sketches and develop samples


• Work closely with mills/vendors on continuity programs by continually offering newness in order to protect the business

JOB SPECIFICATIONS (e.g. Qualification, Job Experience):

• Higher Diploma or above in Design related education


• Hands on experience of apparel designing


• A minimum of 8 years of related experience in Sweater category is required


• Computer skills including Photoshop and Illustrator required


• Passionate, strong fashion sense, detail-oriented with creative mindset


• Able to build an effective relationship with various stakeholders


• Good communication and influencing skills


• Able to work in a fast-paced, matrix global organization
