Job Description - Senior Digital Business Analyst (Renewable Energy)

Responsibilities

Partner with commercial, operations, supply chain and finance teams to understand business challenges and identify digital solutions.
Analyze, design and document business requirements, user journeys and functional specifications for new and enhanced systems.
Translate high-level business objectives into clear processes, technical requirements and implementation plans.
Support end-to-end solution delivery, including testing, validation, rollout and user training for new digital capabilities.
Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for live digital solutions, including issue analysis, optimisation and enhancements.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Technology, Business or a related discipline.
3-8 years' experience in business or technology consulting (non-FI focus preferred) with strong involvement in digital projects or business systems analysis and design.
Practical experience with enterprise / digital applications such as ERP, CTRM/ETRM, SCM, advanced analytics, GenAI or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of shaping practical, data-driven solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
