(Senior) Digital Design Engineer

• Design and support digital hardware platforms for semiconductor packaging machines.

• Design and develop digital circuits using FPGAs and microcontrollers.

• Develop digital interfaces for machine subsystems and system integration.

• Perform hardware verification, debugging, and troubleshooting.

• Degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Knowledge of digital circuit design and FPGA development (Verilog, VHDL, C).

• Experience with Xilinx, Intel (Altera), Lattice, Pango, or Microchip FPGA devices is an advantage.

• Preferred skills:

  • FPGA-based system design and debugging.

  • Embedded systems and industrial communication interfaces.

  • Semiconductor equipment or industrial automation experience.

• Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.

• Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for the Senior Digital Design Engineer position.
