Job Description - Senior Director of Affiliate

What You'll Be Doing

Own and rapidly scale a high-impact affiliate program in the US and UAE. Leverage a tiered CPA model plus lifetime trading-fee rebates to drive funded-user growth, net deposits, and fee revenue.

Launch creator programs in both regions within six months; set market-specific OKRs (funded users, net deposits, fee revenue) and shift budget weekly to whichever region is delivering the highest marginal LTV.

Architect and iterate a reward engine that combines sign-up / first-deposit / first-trade CPA tiers with up-to-50 % lifetime fee share; benchmark against leading exchange programs.

Secure top US finance YouTubers and bilingual UAE “Finfluencers” within 90 days using Impact, Partnerize, and local MCN networks. Supply compliant scripts, creative kits, and real-time dashboards.

Embed KYC, #ad disclosure checks, and automated content scans to satisfy FTC/SEC rules; apply ADGM virtual-asset promotion guidelines with English–Arabic risk wording.

Build multi-touch funnels linking impressions to trading-fee revenue; surface creator-level P&L in Looker and pause negative-ROI channels within 14 days.

Manage a ≥ USD 10 M annual creator budget; negotiate bulk media buys and co-marketing deals (e.g., Ramadan, US tax-refund season) to secure inventory ahead of peak periods.

What We Look For In You

8+ years in affiliate or influencer-product leadership, including 3+ years managing global creator programs that have generated ≥ USD 100 M annual trading-fee volume.

Proven success in fast-tracking growth in both US and UAE markets; hands-on experience with ADGM or DIFC marketing approvals.

Mastery of hybrid CPA + fee-share mechanics used by leading crypto exchanges (Binance, Coinbase, Bybit, OKX).

Deep publisher network on Impact, Partnerize, CJ, or HasOffers; strong API-level experience for real-time attribution.

Expert knowledge of FTC/SEC endorsement rules and ADGM/DIFC virtual-asset advertising guidelines.

Proficiency in SQL and Python; able to build attribution models and LTV dashboards.

Excellent English communication.

Nice to Haves

A genuine passion for crypto exchanges or Web3 products — actively use them day-to-day.

Track record of running creator “bootcamps” that upskill influencers on compliant fintech content.

Published work on CPA optimisation or fee-rebate algorithms.
