Job Description - Senior Director of Data Scientist

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Data Science to lead our efforts in driving data-driven growth. You’ll oversee a global team and work cross-functionally to unlock insights and predictive capabilities that power user acquisition, retention, monetization, and personalization.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in growth analytics, experimentation, predictive modeling, and ideally, a solid understanding of crypto or fintech ecosystems.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the global data science and analysis team in building scalable models and experimentation systems to support user growth

Drive predictive LTV models, funnel optimization, segmentation, attribution modeling, and churn prevention

Enable product, marketing, and business teams with actionable insights to improve KPIs

Establish experimentation frameworks and own the company’s data-driven testing culture

Build ML-based systems such as recommendations, targeting engines, and behavior-based prediction models

Collaborate with data engineering, BI, product, and marketing teams to turn data into leverage

Stay ahead of crypto and fintech data innovations and apply them to our product strategy

What We Look In For You

7+ years of data science leading growth experience, with 3+ years in team leadership

Proven track record in growth data science: A/B testing, LTV modeling, user segmentation, etc.

Strong command of Python, SQL, ML frameworks, Airflow, statistical analysis, and experimentation

Experience partnering with growth and product teams to deliver measurable results

Interest or background in crypto or fintech is a strong plus

Strong communication skills and fluency in English

Nice-To-Haves

Experience in crypto product analytics, trading, fraud detection, or Web3 user behavior

Publications in ML, behavioral modeling, or recommendation systems

PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
