In this role, you will be pivotal in providing high-level administrative support, enabling smooth operations and communication within the organization. Your extensive experience will contribute to managing key projects and client relationships effectively. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure targets are met and deliverables are accomplished. Accountabilities
- Handling senior admin tasks, including email, business reports, and meeting management.
- Overseeing complex projects and liaising with stakeholders to ensure all targets are met.
- Preparing business documents, including contracts, reports, presentations, and pitch decks.
- Managing customer and partner liaison, independently communicating with clients.
- Conducting business research and creating business proposals for prospective new clients.
- Managing paid and organic social media, including editing photos and videos.
- Assisting with light bookkeeping, overseeing payments, and reconciling business expenses.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of senior experience working as an EA for clients in the US.
- Excellent level of spoken and written English (9/10) and exceptional communication skills.
- Recent experience working night shifts from home, with no history of job jumping.
- Strong knowledge (9/10+) of Google Suite, MS Office, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Familiarity (9/10+) with all tasks listed above, and a proactive, confident personality.
