Responsibilities:

The successful candidate, being an engineering specialist, will take the responsibility of project implementation and technical support for Building Automation projects.  The primary responsibilities include:

·         Provide professional technical support and prepare design specifications by using knowledge of Building Automation Programming

·         Perform design, system installation, and testing and commissioning of the system in accordance with the project requirements

·         Maintain good relationships with customers and monitor subcontractor on site performance and work quality

·         Provide and evaluate the technical proposal for Building Automation solution to meet the project requirement

·         Excellent time and people management skill to ensure technical solution delivered on time   

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

·         Higher Diploma or University graduate in Building Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Computer Engineering

·         At least 5 years’ relevant experience in building automation industry, Electrical system or Mechanical system

·         Sound knowledge in building automatic programming and software development

·         Experience in Visio Basic / SQL / AutoCAD / Java script software application

·         Experience in any kind of building automatic software

·         Good communication skills with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

·         Initiative, assertiveness with good organizing skills

·         Well-versed in MS Office applications

·         Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
