Senior Event & Catering Sales Manager

We are looking for a high caliber candidate to fill the following position:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To maximize event and catering sales revenue through exploring potential segments or accounts
• Prepare event proposal, sales blitz schedule with various packages which drive business
• Conduct market research and analyze market trends.
• Monitor all sales functions and bookings status.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ hotel experience in which at least 2 years in similar capacity.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, ability to speak Putonghua would be an advantage.
• Self-motivated team player, proactive and aggressive
• Initiative and commitment to professional values
• Pleasant and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Opera system, Microsoft Office applications, Chinese word processing.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Event & Catering Sales Manager
