Senior Facility Engineer (Mission-Critical Infrastructure (MEP)

The Role

Join the technology arm of a Blue-Chip Property Group as a technical lead for high-availability infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring 100% uptime for global financial and cloud clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise onsite technical teams and manage specialized maintenance work orders.
• System Resilience: Oversee high-standard PPM for Critical Power & Cooling (UPS, Gensets, Chiller Plants, LV Switchboards).
• Project Oversight: Lead E&M enhancement projects and monitor contractor/tenant fit-out works.
• Testing & Commissioning: Manage T&C for new client handovers and system upgrades.
• Operations: Ensure all site activities meet ISO standards for quality and environmental safety.

Qualifications & Expertise

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 10+ years’ experience in high-availability environments (Data Centres, Hospitals, or Banking Hubs).
• Strong Technical Knowledge of Chiller Plant optimization and emergency power systems.
• Leadership: Ability to manage frontline teams and communicate with corporate stakeholders.

Note: Candidates with more experience will be considered for Assistant Manager.
