A Major Developer is currently looking for an expereinced Senior Facility Officer with solid expereince in A&A, Fit-Out and renovation worl to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement renovation, maintenance, A&A fitting out, and building service projects to improve overall efficiency and meet business needs.
• Handle tender schedules, technical compliance, tender submission and tender queries
• Monitor maintenance activities, materials, working method and general workshop practices
• Ensure quality workmanship
• Follow project plans to track progress and costs,
• To control and report the quality and progress
• To ensure work safety

Requirements

• Degree in Mechancial/Electrical/ Building Services Engineering, Building Construction, Building Surveying, Building Studies, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Relevant working experience in fitting out/ E&M works
• Familiar with dealing with residential/commercial buildings portfolios
• Strong project management and presentation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
