This role involves supporting commission models and data change requests, managing end-to-end UAT processes, and working closely with sales, operations, and IT teams to deliver technical solutions. The position is vital in ensuring accurate commission processing and data integrity, contributing to the efficiency and success of the organisation.

Role Overview:
The Senior Finance Analyst supports the finance team by providing technical insights, data analysis, and effective communication with various departments. They play a crucial role in maintaining and improving financial processes, ensuring accurate data handling, and presenting analytical findings to stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Skilled in data mining and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills, including report and deck presentation
• Proficient in Excel and Python
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and departments
• Knowledge of data analysis and platform support

Key Responsibilities:
• Support and develop long-term solutions for commission models and change requests
• Monitor data movements and manage end-to-end UAT flows
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and IT teams to resolve technical issues such as commission inaccuracies and backend troubleshooting
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Provide technical support related to data platforms, including patching and reroute clauses
• Assist in customer data analysis and system workflows, especially within the empathy data platform

Requirements:
• Right to work in the region
• Relevant in-house experience in finance or data analysis
• Proficient in Excel and Python
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in a hybrid environment
• Available to start on 07/06/2026 for a duration of 2 weeks
