Job Description - Senior Finance Manager (Crypto / Web3)

Your new role

Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, management accounts, and analysis.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control.
Manage invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
Work with auditors, tax advisors, and external partners as required.
Provide strategic financial insights to support business planning and growth.

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; CPA preferred.
8+ years of relevant experience, MUST have knowledge of crypto, digital assets, or Web3.
Strong communication skills with fluent English.
Outgoing, collaborative personality and comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
