Job Description - Senior Finance Manager | Family Office

Your new role

Oversee full-spectrum finance operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Manage treasury activities, including banking relationships, liquidity management, FX, and treasury products
Manage and coordinate KYC requirements in close collaboration with banks, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
Lead and coordinate audit processes, including liaison with external auditors and preparation of audit schedules.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of management accounts and statutory reports
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to principals and senior management

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA / ACCA / equivalent preferred
12+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably with exposure to family offices, investment firms, or financial institutions
Strong audit background with solid technical accounting knowledge
Practical experience in treasury products and bank operations
Highly hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing day-to-day finance operations independently.
Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin
