Job Description - Senior Finance Manager | FMCG / Healthcare

Your new role

Lead and manage daily finance operations and financial planning & analysis.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements and internal controls.
Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, systems, and reporting standards.
Oversee supply chain finance activities, including inventory management, demand planning support, and cost control.
Optimise working capital and monitor stock levels, logistics costs, and procurement spending.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align financial and commercial objectives.
Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Partner with the leadership team on annual planning, forecasting, and long-term strategy.
Perform in-depth sales and commercial analysis to support business decisions.
Provide insights on product performance, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline; CPA / ACCA is preferred.
10 years of relevant experience, ideally in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or consumer goods.
Strong understanding of both finance operations and supply chain processes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, expanding, and dynamic business environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
