Senior Front Desk Associate / Front Desk Associate (5-Day Work Week)

Ramada Hong Kong Harbour View is a 38-storeys high-rise hotel with 432 guest rooms located on Queen’s Road West in Hong Kong Island. Most of the rooms are facing the famous Victoria Harbour adopting a modern chic design with dining facilities and a roof top swimming pool.

We are looking for high-caliber individual to join our Family.

Job Duties

• Perform Front Desk Operations in a timely and professional manner;
• Handle all arrival and departure records, bookings and registration;
• Handle guest enquiries pertaining to facilities, services and information;
• Candidate prefer to perform fixed overnight shift is also welcome 

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Hospitality Management;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
