The Role & Landscape: Y ou will be joining a specialized UI engineering team tasked with building a completely novel digital experience across both web and mobile platforms.

1. Technical Stack: React JS, Stencil JS, GraphQL, modern JavaScript, REST APIs, Jest, Cypress, and Ionic.
2. Architecture & Design: Design and build highly responsive user interfaces while contributing heavily to a framework-agnostic design system and core component library.
3. Code Craftsmanship: Participate heavily in technical design, architecture reviews, and code reviews to ensure premium code quality.
4. Performance Optimization: Monitor, debug, and improve front-end performance, focusing on browser-caching, concurrency, and web server tuning.
5. Leadership: Act as a technical pillar within the team, mentoring junior engineers and evangelizing best practices across the development lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Core Expertise: Deep, hands-on proficiency in modern JavaScript and core JS libraries/frameworks (React JS is mandatory; Stencil JS is highly preferred).
2. Architectural Mindset: Proven track record in UI architecture, building advanced responsive layouts, and designing scalable component frameworks.
3. Engineering Rigor: Solid experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), REST APIs, JSON, and browser-based debugging.
4. Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic DevOps tooling, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with HTTP protocols and performance tuning.
5. Bonus Points: Experience with GraphQL, mobile platforms (Ionic framework), testing frameworks (Jest/Cypress), or a solid understanding of backend microservices.
6. Communication: Exceptional ability to translate and explain complex technical roadblocks and solutions to both engineering peers and non-technical business stakeholders.
