Our client is a leading international logistics firm with a presence in over 200 countries globally. They are currently looking for a Senior HR Manager to dive the company's people agenda on engagement and employee relations topic, fostering a engaged, high-performing workforce to support their continued growth.

Description

• Design, implement, and continuously improve employee engagement initiatives to build a positive, collaborative work culture
• Develop and execute engaging employee events, communication campaigns, and reward/recognition programs
• Analyze employee feedback data (e.g., surveys, exit interviews) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with business leaders to address engagement and retention challenges
• Identify opportunities to enhance HR policies, processes, and programs to better support employees
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to uncover insights and drive informed decision-making
• Prepare comprehensive HR reports and dashboards for senior management
• Use data-driven insights to recommend strategies for improving organizational performance
• Work closely with other HR partners (e.g., talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation) to align and integrate HR initiatives
• Engage with senior leadership to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR solutions

Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management preferred
• At least 8 years' experience in HR operation from sizable organizations, with a focus on employee engagement, employee relations, and HR analytics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively partner with business leaders and employees at all levels
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and using HR information systems
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good English & Chinese writing
