Senior HR Officer

The Company

Our client is a HK based stable private group. They are now looking for a responsible HR professional for this vacancy. The ideal candidate will be offering a rewarding compensation package and stable work environment.

The Role

• Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's human resources and admin functions.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
• Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to facilitate smooth integration into the organization.
• Handle C&B include payroll, MPF, taxation etc.
• Work closely with PA team for managing corporate schedule

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Immediate available or short notice is a plus
