Senior HR Officer (family office)

The Company

Our client is looking for Senior HR Officer to join the team.

The Role

• Handle full spectrum of HR duties

• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, staff handbooks, and internal HR policies
• Ensure HR policies comply with Hong Kong employment laws and regulations
• Provide general administrative and office support, including vendor coordination and daily office operations
• Manage office supplies, facilities, licenses, insurance renewals, and other administrative requirements
• Perform ad-hoc assignment

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree holder in relevant industry
• 5+ years of HR experience
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Immediately available is a plus
