We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Architect to act as a bridge between infrastructure and cloud teams, leading end-to-end infrastructure architecture design across hybrid environments for a leading financial firm, with hands-on expertise in private cloud platforms (Huawei HCS or Red Hat OpenShift) and Kubernetes containerization.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic bridge between infrastructure and cloud teams, ensuring seamless integration across on-premise and cloud environments.
Lead end-to-end infrastructure architecture design for hybrid environments, covering compute, storage, networking, and containerization.
Provide hands-on subject matter expertise in private cloud platforms-specifically Huawei HCS or Red Hat OpenShift-and guide engineering teams on best practices.
Design and optimize containerized solutions using Kubernetes, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.
Collaborate with application teams to define infrastructure requirements for new initiatives and migrations.
Evaluate and recommend cloud strategies, leveraging AWS and Ali Cloud as supplementary platforms where applicable.
Define infrastructure standards, roadmaps, and governance frameworks to support business and technology objectives.
Engage with senior stakeholders to present architectural decisions, risk assessments, and migration strategies.

Key Requirements

Mandatory

10+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, with a strong focus on hybrid environments.
Deep hands-on expertise in Huawei HCS (Huawei Cloud Stack) or Red Hat OpenShift - must be able to demonstrate practical deployment and operational experience.
Proven experience with Kubernetes containerization platforms in production environments.
Strong understanding of networking, storage, security, and virtualization within private cloud environments.
Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English - able to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in the financial services industry - familiarity with regulatory, security, and operational requirements.
