Job Description - Senior IT Analyst (Network/Server/Data Centre)

Are you an IT professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are expanding our Technology Operations team and are seeking passionate talent across several key infrastructure domains, including Network, Server, and Data Centre Operations.

Network Engineers / Specialists

Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls).
Support network performance tuning, capacity planning, and security enhancement.
Participate in network upgrade, migration, and project implementation.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience in Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, or equivalent technologies.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, VLAN, VPN, SD-WAN.
Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP) are an advantage.

Server & Systems Engineers

Maintain and administer Windows/Linux server environments.
Perform system patching, backup management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Support virtualisation platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).

Requirements:

Experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and system hardening.
Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell/Shell) is a plus.
Certifications like MCSA/MCSE, RHCSA, VMware VCP are preferred.

Data Centre Operations Technicians / Engineers

Support daily data centre operations including monitoring, incident handling, hardware installation, cabling, and equipment maintenance.
Manage preventive maintenance activities and vendor coordination.
Ensure environmental controls (power, cooling, security) meet compliance standards.

Requirements:

Experience in data centre operations or hardware support.
Knowledge of racks, cabling standards, UPS, and DR procedures.
Willingness to work shifts or on-call is an advantage.
