Senior KDB+/Q Developer - Relocation open

We are partnered with several well-known global investment banks that are expanding their teams in Hong Kong. We are currently seeking multipleSenior KDB+/Q Developer.

✈️If you are not currently based in Hong Kong, we are seeking exceptional Senior KDB+/Q Developers who are committed to relocation to Hong Kong ✈️

MUST HAVES:

1. Q/KDB+ programming language experience
2. Strong development lifecycle understanding (SDLC) and capability
3. Linux
4. Shell scripting

Looking for:

1. Ideally around 5-10 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
2. Proven track record in managing and executing successful projects.
3. Strong background in system analysis and software application programming.
4. Recognized as aSubject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of application development.

Role :

1. Provide expertise in application programming, ensuring that designs align with the overall architectural framework.
2. Leverage advanced knowledge of system operations to establish standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
3. Address significant problems and projects by thoroughly evaluating complex business and system processes, as well as industry standards.
4. Conduct detailed analyses to identify issues and create innovative solutions.
5. Collaborate with various management teams to integrate functions effectively and identify necessary system enhancements for new products and process improvements.
