Senior Leasing Officer / (Assistant) Leasing Officer (Retail - HK / PRC)

The Job  

• Client: A Listed Property Group
• Position: Senior Leasing Officer / Leasing Officer / Assistant Leasing Officer
• Responsibilities: Responsible for the leasing of premium retail malls in HK and/or PRC. Responsible for market analysis, tenancy management, lease terms negotiation, document management, etc.
• $25-36K+. 5-day, medical, bonus

Requirements  

• Degree holder
• 3-10 years experience in retail leasing gained with property developers / real estate agencies
• PRC retail leasing experience will be an advantage but not a must
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
• For PRC role, occasional travel is required.
• Applicants with less experience (1-2 years) will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer
