Senior Liabilities Products Manager

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Liabilities Products Manager.

In this role you will:

• Manage and grow the Liabilities Business for Retail Banking to optimize profitable growth and achieve business targets
• Develop in-depth customer insights and data analysis for the business to achieve the best outcomes for our products and our customers
• Conduct briefings and presentations to management with data analytics to evaluate product performance. Study customer behavior to provide recommendations on enhancing margin and profitability
• Lead the development of product strategies and business cases to support business growth
• Explore and evaluate new product ideas and identify opportunities for innovation
• Conduct in-depth competitor, benchmarking, and markets analysis to ensure the business remains competitive and informed of market trends
• Take a leading role in driving collaboration across different teams on key initiatives and ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely execution
• Manage and deliver ad hoc projects as required, adapting to evolving business needs and priorities

To be successful you will need:

• Strong knowledge of the retail banking business, including industry dynamics, regulatory environment and customer demands
• Strong Strategic and analytical mindset
• Proven business acumen and demonstrated excellence in understanding the retail banking industry. Familiarity with the China banking market would be an asset
• Experience in business case development and project coordination
• Effective presentation and communication skills
• Advanced collaboration, influencing and stakeholder management abilities
