Senior Maintenance Engineer (E&M) - Residential (Kwai Chung)

Approximately, 1,700 blocks are currently managed by Hong Yip and these include private housing estates, luxurious houses, commercial and industrial buildings, shopping centres and government facilities.

Job Description:

• Manage and assign work orders to the technical team to carry out routine repair and maintenance work for properties;
• Conduct regular site inspection to monitor the progress of maintenance works and provide recommendations for improvement;
• Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation;
• Participate in the maintenance purchase and budget proposals within the approved budget;
• Coordinate with all the relevant parties to ensure safety during the implementation of maintenance works;
• Keep proper records of all documents including tendering and quotations.

 Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Service Engineering or equivalent;
• 5 years' relevant experience in building services installation or repair & maintenance;
• Experience in ELV system or IT network system preferred;
• Good communication and customer service skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Maintenance Engineer.
