The Person

• Drive recruitment strategic direction, management and develop the team
• Build healthy and professional agency force in HK
• Meet the agent's manpower goal set by CAO
• Establish a strong FWD Recruitment culture in Hong Kong
• Execute and monitor effective Agency Recruitment campaign to boost recruitment activities without compromising quality
• Ensure that Agency Recruitment comply with all regulatory and statutory requirements

The Job

• 7 to 10 years in Life Insurance or bank industry with business Degree or professional qualification in management field
• Solid working experience of the Agency Recruitment workflow
• Good understanding of agency operations and management issues
• Result and action oriented
• Persuasive and able to convey ideas, negotiation and influence skills.
• Strategic mindset and visionary, able to think beyond status quo.
• Ability to lead recruitment team if needed in a competitive environment
