The Job
Report to team lead for the planning and coordinating of application projects
Oversee application projects with various size to ensure smooth and stable business operation
To lead the project management team and vendors to analyse business and user requirements, propose solutions and creating design specifications
Manage, prioritize projects and resources
Deliver high quality solutions and in compliance with group standard
Manage stakeholders from various levels to align the common goal
Able to manage multiple projects and closely monitor the progress to ensure the smoothness.
Coordinate and facilitate the project execution related activities
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Person
University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 10 years' related working experience for project management
Solid experience in managing multiple large-scale application projects parallelly
Working experience in team management
Working experience in Insurance firm will be definite an advantage
Strong vendor management and communication skills
Cloud service knowledge such as Azure or AWS will be definite an advantage
Good knowledge of software implementation best practices
Understanding of Agile/Lean software delivery methodology is preferred, able to work with user departments and vendors
Good problem-solving skills and communication
Able to work under pressure
Good team player, self-initiative and pro-active
