Senior Manager, Claims - Life Insurance

• Lead and coach the Claims team to ensure timely, accurate assessments.
• Approve claims within delegated authority and handle escalated customer/regulator cases.
• Review and enhance claims guidelines, workflows, and service standards.
• Conduct QA reviews and investigate suspicious/fraudulent claims.
• Provide claims input to product development and system requirements.
• Prepare claims statistics, KRIs, and reports for management.
• Liaise with reinsurers and support treaty review from a claims perspective.
• Deliver training to internal teams and distribution when needed.
  
  

• Degree holder; FLMI preferred, ALHC an advantage.
• 8+ years Life/Medical claims experience with 3+ years in team leadership.
• Strong technical knowledge of life insurance claims.
• Customer‑centric, detail‑oriented, strong communication and integrity.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; Mandarin an advantage.

Less experienced candidate will be considered for Manager, Claims.
