Senior Manager (Environmental, Social and Governance)

We are looking for high-calibre individuals to join the Risk Management Department to serve the HKMC Group.

Job Descriptions:

• Support the implementation of ESG strategy and risk management;
• Conduct various ESG risk assessment and analysis under the regulatory requirements and market practices;
• Carry out climate risk scenario analysis and stress testing;
• Set up and enhance ESG risk management framework;
• Formulate and track the ESG targets and metrics;
• Compile ESG risk reporting (e.g. TCFD report); and
• Conduct research to keep abreast of regulatory requirements and best market practices.

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in risk management, ESG or finance;
• Possession of professional qualification (e.g. SCR) is preferable;
• A minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 2 years in the field of ESG risk management or related discipline;
• Good understanding of ESG risk management in local or international regulatory requirements;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Analytical, self-motivated and with strong sense of responsibility;
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel; and
• Knowledge in other programming language(s) is an advantage.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Manager.
