The Job
Assist in defining the product strategy for meeting company's business goal in business plan and executing company strategy in response to latest regulatory changes (e.g. HKRBC and IFRS17)
Drive product team to deliver new product initiatives, and provide insights into managing product portfolio on shelf
Wealth and life insurance product development and implementation
Work closely with business functions to promote our products and services to deliver business results
Help company strike a balance between commercial and financials
End to end support from customer research, product development and implementation, product marketing and sales tools
Propose and implement campaigns / programs to improve business results
The Person
Degree in Marketing, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent
At least 10+ years' of product development gained within the life insurance industry
Deep product knowledge and well informed on market trend
Relevant product regulations and latest development
Knowledge on company financials and KPIs
Business result oriented and agile in problem solving
Passion to change how people feel about insurance through our product/services
Soft skills to collaborate with other functions to get things done
The job grading may vary according to year of experience or technical expertise
