Senior Manager – HR Business Partnering

主要職責
  • Design, implement and monitor short- to long-term strategies to ensure business sustainability and success
  • Provide consultancy to internal business leaders on all HR related matters
  • Plan and work out the annual manpower plan in accordance with the business needs
  • Evaluate and design the necessary profile and competencies needed for each business unit
  • Identify and monitor the most effective sources to acquire talents
  • Conduct maneuver plan and other development initiatives to attract, retain and motivate talents at all levels

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of experience of which 5 years must be in a supervisory level
  • Conversant with the Labor Ordinances & Statutory regulations in Hong Kong
  • Prior exposure and knowledge in China HR management will be an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and strong business acumen
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred
