Senior Manager, Insurance Management

Our client is a leading property investment and development group with diversified operations across Asia. They are hiring a Senior Manager in Insurance Management to join their team. This role will manage comprehensive insurance programs and risk strategies to support the Group's business and major projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage insurance programs for property, casualty, construction, marine, and employee benefits
• Ensure efficient claims handling and compliance with policies
• Work closely with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor insurance budgets and optimize cost-effective solutions
• Analyze claims data and report trends to management
• Conduct training workshops to promote risk prevention and workplace safety
• Administer insurance programs and support internal departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Risk, Insurance, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years' experience in insurance or risk management, with 4 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of property, casualty, marine, construction, and employee benefit insurances
• Familiarity with insurance brokers, insurers, and loss adjusters
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
