What can you expect?

Our human capital consultants help clients design the future HR operating model and HR programs and evaluate the human capital implications of any business transformation and M&A transaction.

M&A consultants help client organizations evaluate the human capital implications of such an event, helping to streamline the transition for their employees and support the HR team’s role in meeting value capture and synergy targets.

This role is a recognized subject matter expert and a senior individual contributor who manages large-scale projects, coaches team members and solves complex problems.

We will count on you to:

Drive and lead the M&A and Business Transformation related sales and business development activities.

Manage and run large-scale M&A projects for Hong Kong and across Asia.

Work with M&A Engagement Manager and/ or M&A Market Leader and other nominated consultants by leading project teams to ensure the successful delivery of client solutions.

Identify and close on value-added opportunities for the client throughout the M&A and Business Transformation related engagement.

Participate in client-facing activities to identify new business leads.

Take part in client engagements throughout the lifecycle of the project to ensure deliverables meet client's business objectives and ensure successful completion of project.

Work with M&A team and other nominated lines of business (LOB) consultants by providing project management leadership to ensure the successful delivery of medium to large-scale M&A and business transformation projects.

Contribute to the delivery of the team’s business initiatives as assigned. Prepare periodic reports and analyses used to plan and manage the M&A consulting services business.

Monitor personal and team compliance with policies and procedures.

Leverage lines of business (LOB) consultants to deliver on subject matter expertise.

Lead, coach and oversees team members throughout the projects.

What you need to have:

8-15 years of consulting/ business & organization transformation/ HR M&A/ change management experience.

Strong track record in client and business development. Excellent commercial sense and deal knowledge.

Background in HR M&A and change management. Prior experience in consulting will be a plus.

Strong research and analysis skills. Attention to detail with sufficient project delivery experience.

Ability to multitask, handle quick turnaround time, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to work under tight timeframe and pressure and a good team player.

Self-motivated and disciplined, with results driven mentality.

Flexible working style, enjoy hybrid working arrangement, open to working in diverse team.

Strong interpersonal skills and able to work with people from diverse backgrounds.

Tertiary education attained from a reputable university. A Master’s degree preferred.

Excellence communication skills; fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin will be an advantage.

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
