Job Description

Responsibilities:

Act as a checker to oversee daily settlement processes and corporate actions across multi-asset products, including OTC instruments, funds, and overseas equities
Execute and adhere to internal operational procedures in line with SFC regulations and company policies, including reporting requirements
Oversee clearing operations to ensure efficiency, mitigate operational risks, and promptly resolve exceptions and contingency issues
Supervise and guide a team in handling daily operational tasks
Provide training to team members on new products or business initiatives and ensure effective task delegation
Assist in the rollout of new products or projects, including drafting user requirements, developing test plans, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Evaluate and enhance policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations, maintain service quality, and support new business developments

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

Degree or above.
Approximately 6+ years of relevant experience in processing OTC products, Fund and oversea settlement. Experience in stock options and Global Futures definite advantage
Hands-on experience on settlement systems, including iAsia, Euroclear, CTM etc
Efficient, organized and able to work independently
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
