Senior Marketing Executive (5-day Work)

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and assist in developing creative concepts with business objectives
• In charge of daily content management, including generating, editing, and publishing for different company businesses (Local and Global)
• Build, execute and optimize Social Media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, inquiries, and audience identification
• Operate & monitor different businesses’ social media accounts daily to achieve KPIs.
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules;
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, best practices, and ensure the program's success
• Perform market and digital analysis, report and generate insights to support business decision;
• Involve in other marketing design editing works if required
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
• Assist in developing content to support advertising, PR, social media campaigns
• Review and analyze campaign results

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication or other related disciplines;
• At least 4 years relevant working experience;
• Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist;
• Experience in Global Marketing would be an advantage
• Independent person who can come up with own ideas;
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability;
• Good command of spoken & written Chinese and English;
• Agency background is an advantage;
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
• Immediate available is highly preferred
