Responsible for creating and driving the marketing communication plan for the Company.
Designs a marketing plan with the suppliers and the internal teams.
Seeks approvals and execute the marketing strategy as per the plan.
Aligns with the business teams to achieve the desired results / ROI
Assists in acquisition of new partners and ensure growth of business through existing partners and end customers.
Includes but not limited to internal newsletters, customer newsletters, press releases, general communication, awareness etc.
Creation of communication collaterals with specific objectives and reach out to the target customers.
Plans, manages and executes events.
Vendor and payment management.
Database management.
Lead generation and management.
Monitors the performance of the team to help close the loop holes for smooth completion of all activities.
Motivates the team as and when needed.
Identifies the training needs of the team and developing their skills.
Helps the team in understanding the entire cycle of the system.
Provides on the job training to the team on the processes and helps them resolve issues and escalate to the Management if the need be.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in MS office, excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge and understanding of the various tools of marketing.
Drives continuous improvement with innovation
Demonstrates excellent people skills and interpersonal interactions
Has good judgment and decision-making abilities
Good Communication skills (Both written and oral)
Candidate must have at least 8 years or more years of experience in program development and marketing communication
Experience in an IT company (preferably IT distribution)
University Degree or equivalent
A master’s degree in management with specialization in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is desirable.
Is a good organizer and planner
